Executive Chef Michael Mastrantuono brings intensity, discipline, and deep respect for ingredients to every plate. Having earned his first head chef position by age 20 and leading some of the Capital Region’s most respected kitchens, Chef Michael has shaped 15 Church into one of Saratoga’s premier dining destinations.
Recognized by FSR Magazine’s 40 Under 40 and awarded a 4-Star Times Union review, his approach remains rooted in craft, sourcing, and creating unforgettable experiences, both in the Main Dining Room and on The Patio.
