Executive Chef Michael Mastrantuono brings intensity, discipline, and deep respect for ingredients to every plate. Having earned his first head chef position by age 20 and leading some of the Capital Region’s most respected kitchens, Chef Michael has shaped 15 Church into one of Saratoga’s premier dining destinations.
Recognized by FSR Magazine’s 40 Under 40 and awarded a 4-Star Times Union review, his approach remains rooted in craft, sourcing, and creating unforgettable experiences, both in the Main Dining Room and on The Patio.
CONFESSION HOUR
Until July 2nd, 15 Church is offering a "social" confession hour from 4pm to 5:30 in the main dining room bar and patio bar only. This features discounted cocktails, wines and a new provisions menu featuring our new Wagyu Church burger, discounted raw bar, and cold and warm lobster rolls.
THE PATIO
The Patio brings a unique experience to the Saratoga scene. Beneath a grandiose Douglas fir timber roof, you are met with the soothing sounds of waterfalls lining the walls.
With a retractable roof and state-of-the-art heating, the Patio is an all-season escape, an open-air space that feels like a secret garden miles away from the bustle of downtown.
We are open starting Wednesday, May 14th.
